At Mid-West Screw Products, we are a leading source for precision CNC turned and milled parts. In business for 71+ years, our production facility houses state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, some with pallet changers, live tooling, and automated tool loading systems. We have exceptionally talented machinists and we utilize the latest CAD/CAM software packages, including SolidWorks and Gibbs CAM, to streamline our machining processes and uphold close manufacturing tolerances. With our quality-driven, cost-conscious approach to all aspects of production from start to finish, we shave down our costs to offer a very competitive pricing model.
We machine high quality parts from all standard alloys and grades, high strength, and super alloys, as well as polymer materials and other non-metals. Along with milling parts, measuring up to 24.0” long x 16.0” wide x 6.0” high, we turn parts with dimensions of up to 2.60” in diameter x 36.0” in length. We also machine castings weighing up to 40 lbs. By doing all machining layouts in-house and paying attention to every detail, we attain tolerances as close as ±.0001”.
With our computerized production tracking system, we keep jobs on schedule to ensure your delivery is on time and fulfilled correctly. Our inspection department is equipped with modern metrology tools with the proper instrumentation to inspect your parts to insure your products meet your specifications and quality standards. As an environmentally conscious company, we use biodegradable cleaning products, conserve energy, support recycling, and adhere to all relevant EPA requirements. We hold numerous certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ARMS 9009:2013, AS9100, and Medical. If needed, we will apply for other certifications. Our software is custom designed. Through our IT personnel, our software, TITAN, can be brought to any level of sophistication if need be.
